Privacy note.

What we collect, and when

Forms on phronisi.app (currently the webinar registration) collect what you type into them: your name, email address, and optionally your firm or organisation, along with the time of submission. Pages themselves collect nothing else about you — there is no analytics script, advertising pixel, or tracking cookie on this site.

What it's used for

• Always: delivering what you asked for — the session's joining link and materials for a webinar registration, or a reply to a message you send.
• Only with your explicit opt-in (an unchecked-by-default box you tick yourself): The Quarterly and invitations to future Phronisi sessions. We record the fact, time, and exact wording of that consent, as Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) expects.

Your details are never sold, and never shared for marketing.

Who touches the data

Phronisi (Victoria, BC) is the operator. Two service providers process data on our instructions: Resend delivers our email (it processes recipient addresses and message content as our processor), and our database is hosted on Railway. Neither uses your data for its own purposes.

Withdrawing consent

Every marketing email we ever send includes a working unsubscribe. You can also withdraw consent or ask what we hold about you, at any time, by emailing arthur@phronisi.app — it goes straight to the founder, and removal is actioned on receipt.

Retention

Registration records are kept for the running of the session and, where you opted in, for as long as the subscription stands. Withdrawn addresses go onto our suppression list so we cannot email them again by mistake.
